Breathing Space Day

How do you breathe? Can you find a moment to focus on how you inhale? We all need oxygen for our body to perform the necessary functions. Just like eating, this could be something we simply take for granted.

We may not have time to create breathing space every day, but we should be able to stop for a minute to take a couple of deep breaths and gain perspective, appreciation or simply a sense of fulfilment; and allow our body to feel good:)
