Let’s reflect on our relationship with food
It’s National Obesity Awareness Week this week.
Obesity is a problem throughout the world and has various causes. One of which can be what, when and how we eat. It is not only the quantity, quality, timing and type of the food we consume, but also the way of consumption. We are able to cook and process our sustenance. We have the capability to make it more diverse, nourishing and exciting. It should be critical for us to spend at least some time thinking and planning what we put inside our bodies.
Use this week to reflect on what goes into your body and what effect it has. Is your nutrition high on the priority list? Is there room for improvement?
