Establishing our own retreat and becoming nutrition specialists has been a wild ride for both of us, but one that’s worthwhile. There was never any doubt that we would follow Marta’s dream of starting and owning a Nutrition Retreat. It was more a case of when? When you believe in something to the point that it is your lifestyle, whether you succeed or not becomes secondary. To tell you how we got to where we are goes back a long way, and it’s personal, and because it’s personal, it’s meaningful and therefore it’s worth sharing.
